•    Custom-made or engraved jewellery is non-refundable unless defective.

Customers can check their ring size on a printable chart.

1.    Printable Ring Size Guides – Customers can print a ring size chart and place an existing ring over the guide to match the correct size.
2.    Measuring an Existing Ring – Using a ruler or measuring tape, customers can measure the internal diameter of a ring they already own and compare it to a size chart.
3.    Finger Measurement – Wrapping a strip of paper or string around the finger and measuring its length can help determine the correct size.
